Just a very quick line to thank your course tutor Russ Fielding for his excellent x1-day Audit Course presentation of Wednesday, 6th May 09. All of the attendees have commented on how useful it was and how clearly Russ presented the information. I also attended his presentation and also found it very informative, even given that I have attended courses with Russ in the distant past! The course notes are also very clear and useful. We now eagerly await our certificates to hang on the wall!

To whom it may concern:

I just wanted to offer my thanks for the course held at the Master Robert
Hotel in Heathrow on 13th September. The course tutor, Russ Fielding was
excellent, and really had a good energy regarding the subject he was
teaching. I had prepared for a day of ISO9001:2000 and all it's many
factors, but Russ did a great job of breaking the whole structure down into
something that I, at least, understood well, and now have the confidence to
carry the tasks he prepared us for.

opportunity to use you again for a course in the future.
