Terms and Conditions of Use
Please read carefully. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the collinassociates.co.uk web site (the "Site") and your relationship with Collin Associates ("Collin Associates, we or us"), together with any specific terms set out on individual pages within the Site. These Terms and Conditions affect your rights and liabilities under the law. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Site. These Terms and Conditions were last updated on 9 January 2005.
Use of the Site
The Site is provided to you free of charge for your personal use subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Content Featured on the Site

No licence is granted to you in these Terms and Conditions to use any trade mark of Collin Associates including, without limitation, "Collin Associates", "Collin Associates Moments" and "Collin Associates Guest Book".
Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
Whilst Collin Associates endeavours to ensure that the Content is accurate, the information is of a general nature and not intended to comprise all of the information relating to the products or services referred to on the Site. Therefore, Collin Associates cannot guarantee that the Content will be suitable to your circumstances or adequate to meet your particular requirements.
Collin Associates cannot accept any responsibility for errors or omissions beyond its reasonable control that may affect any of the Content.
Collin Associates cannot guarantee that access to the Site will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. Collin Associates will not be responsible in any circumstances for any consequential or incidental damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of privacy and loss of data) or for any other indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever that arise out of or are related to the use of the Site.

Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, Collin Associates' liability will not be limited in the case of death or personal injury directly caused by Collin Associates' negligence.
Registration
If you register or provide us with your details via the Site, you must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering.
The information that you provide about yourself to Collin Associates will only be used by Collin Associates in the course of carrying out its obligations to you. Collin Associates will not make any of these details available to a third party.
Changes to these Terms
Collin Associates reserves the right, at its discretion, to make changes to any part of the Site. Due to its policy of updating and improving the site, Collin Associates may wish to change these Terms (including those relating to your use of the Content). When terms are changed, Collin Associates will notify you by indicating at the start of these Terms when they were last modified. It is, therefore, important that each time you use the site you check to see whether there is a notification of a change to the Terms. If you use the Site after Collin Associates has published or notified you of the changes, you are agreeing now to be bound by those changes. If you do not agree to be bound by those changes, you should not use the Site any further.
Advertising and Sponsorship
Part of the Site may contain advertising and sponsorship. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the Site complies with relevant law. Collin Associates will not be responsible for any error or inaccuracy in advertising or sponsorship material.

Collin Associates may make available on the Site information regarding specific services, offers or promotions that Collin Associates is conducting. Any such service, offer or promotion is subject to the specific terms, conditions and restrictions listed on the Site in connection with such service, offer or promotion. Competitions and Prize Draws
From time to time Collin Associates may run competitions, free prize draws and promotions on the Site. These are subject to additional terms that will be made available at the time of such competitions.
Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law. We both agree, for the exclusive benefit of Collin Associates, that the Courts of England shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to determine any disputes which may arise out of, under, or in connection with this agreement; save that, it being agreed that this clause conferring jurisdiction for the benefit of Collin Associates only, Collin Associates shall retain the rights to bring proceedings against you in the Courts of any other country which has jurisdiction.
General
You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these Terms and Conditions.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
Failure by either party to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.
